Hello, I'd like to talk about something healthy I enjoy doing.
I mostly enjoy weight training at the gym for my health. I work out about 3 to 4 times a week
The gym I go to is very convenient for me as it's just a 5-minute walk from my workplace.
Most of the time, I prefer working out alone.
However, on occasion, when I need some assistance, I go to the gym with my friends.
It's especially helpfull when handling heavy weights, as having a spotter is a good idea.
I can list two main reasons why I chose weight training for my health.
First, weight training has the advantage of improving body balance.
To lift heavy weights, it requires the coordination of various muscles, including the core, and this takes a lot of effort.
As a result, as I continue to train, my body's balance increases.
Secondly, it's efficient for people who can't dedicate all their time to working out, like professionals.
The microtraumas caused by weight training continuously require energy for recovery, even on days when you're not exercising.
Therefore, it's a great workout for weight maintenance or loss.
For these reasons, I enjoy weight training for the sake of my health.
