At Subway, I typically order a sandwich with wheat bread and grilled chicken, and I keep the seasoning simple with just salt and pepper. This way of eating is lighter on my body, and the wheat bread provides a satisfying fullness, so I’m less likely to crave snacks before dinner.

  Choosing healthier fast food options helps me stay energized and focused throughout the day without feeling weighed down.
